|Recommended: YesGreat First Apartment Experience — The neighborhood itself is quiet and kept up very well. However, if you are on the bottom floor, your upstairs neighbors can be obnoxious because of the creaky flooring.

|Recommended: YesVery nice place to live — I'm a student at UNT and I chose Coronado North Apartments because it is not too close to the university or not too far, lol. It's a good distance from everything and getting from one part of town to another is quite easy. There are multiple bus stops near the complex, which makes it easy to take public transportation if necessary. The areas around the apartments are very well-kept and there's always some kind on maintenance going on, which is very nice to see. There have been many improvements done to the complex painting of the buildings, covered parking awnings redone, new fitness center built, and wheelchair ramps installed. Overall, the improvements make for a very nice place to call home. My apartment is quite spacious, the area is quiet and the neighbors are quite nice. J.J. and Debbie are very helpful and are willing to help out if any problems arise.

|Recommended: YesI've been very happy here — This is a great place to live in Denton. The grounds are well-maintained, repairs are done quickly and professionally, the office staff is very nice and helpful. The apartments are a good size for the average price in Denton. I have lived in two different locations in the complex. The two-bedrooms of course have a larger square footage than the one bedrooms, but they do have smaller living room and kitchen areas than the one-bedroom. That was unexpected. Don't expect to go into a two-bedroom and get the same size apartment with just another bed and bath added on. It is smaller than that. For the most part I have not been bothered by noise from neighbors, although twice I have had to ask people upstairs to be quieter after 10pm, but there were outside on their balcony. We don't usually hear anyone inside their apartment. The fixtures and appliances could be newer and prettier, but everything works fine and that is the main thing.

|Recommended: YesA sigh of relief — We have had a terrible experience with some of the other apartment complexes in the area for the same price range. Living here has been paradise. Aside from the a c freezing repeatedly, it has been great. When there is an issue, maintenance is there in a flash and they are extremely quick and affective. I would recomend this place to anyone who asked.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to call home — Coronado North is a great place to live. It's a small, cozy complex in a quiet neighborhood that's on a bus line and close to the North Lakes park.
I rarely hear my neighbors on either side of me and only when it's deadly silent in my own unit , and the upstairs neighbors are reasonably quiet. Since I've lived here the unit exteriors have been painted, some windows have been replaced, roof work has been done, carports have been replaced, and my refrigerator, oven stove, microwave, and carpet have all been updated. They've implemented an online resident portal and payment option, and they're also in the process of adding a fitness center. The grounds are kept neat, and it seems like management is pretty easygoing about residents customizing their porches and green areas in front of their units, which is a nice touch to make it feel more like home. The pool is always operational during the summer.
The office staff go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful, including hand-delivering packages to my apartment unit if I ask them to. They also do a good job of communicating when pest control will happen, any temporary power outages or water shut-offs, upcoming construction, and reminders to residents to comply with the city ordinance to pick up after their pets. My maintenance requests have always been dealt with quickly and professionally.
The only thing I don't care for is the strict guest parking policy, but it's a small nitpick in an otherwise great place to live. I've been very happy in my time there, and if I could move the entire complex closer to my job, I would.
What can we say, but THANK YOU for the awesome review! It is our pleasure to take care of our residents, but our residents are what make Coronado North such a great apartment community!

|Recommended: NoBathroom Shower Wall Peeling and visible caulking is eroding — The one-bedroom is small and doe not provide enough ventilation in the kitchen with the pantry door obstructing the tiny space to the stove oven.
Thank you for the review. If you have suggestions on how we might be able to resolve the ventilation issue in your kitchen we would love to hear those. The construction of the apartment, however, is what it is, just wish you would have noticed this when you looked at your apartment before leasing. Sorry you would not recommend us.
