The office staff is helpful in every way and very knowledgeable. The apartments themselves are ingeniously designed and well painted. There are no bad vibes here.

|Recommended: YesFabulous, clean, convenient location — All the above, plus the residents are easy-going and friendly. Well managed, Maintenance personnel excellent. Grounds-keeping personnel equally excellent. Office management cordial and understanding, easy to talk to. With my husband's failing health they have been very understanding. Only criticism is that I wish they wouldn't top off cut off the top canopy their crape myrtles. Crape myrtles have beautiful trunks, but the blob of cuts where they've been topped is ugly. It weakens the tree. If you leave the canopy on the tree doesn't have to struggle extra to put out new branches to struggle more to put on leaves. You know, photosynthesis. Imagine topping off an oak. Or a redwood, every year.

|Recommended: NoNeeds work — It is pretty on the outside and in but needs work. Staff is really friendly, but many issues they don't fix they cover up. Rent continues to increase every time you have to renew the lease. They need more discounts for people who have lived here for long period.
