The towing is unfortunately a necessary evil, with the homes and other property next to us abusing the use of the parking lot. Plus monitoring the vehicles helps to ensure that we do not have someone move-in with a resident who might have a criminal record or possibly even be a sex offender.

|Recommended: YesSuper place to live — I lived at Coronado North for 5 years. The office staff is by far the best of anywhere I've lived. There was never a time I put a maintenance request in and it wasn't resolved the same day. Even fixing a toilet was always done within a few hours of the request. Highly recommend living there. Debbie and JJ are amazing people and do an awesome job managing that property

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments but in a bad neighborhood. — I enjoy the layout, design, and updated feel of my apartment, and I love the location in the city.
The staff here is great and the rent is about average.
The walls are pretty thin. I can hear my neighbors nextdoor when they get loud and I can hear nearly every footstep of my neighbor upstairs.
The crime in the area is above-average. There are vehicle burglaries porch thieves weekly. There is also a gas station across the street and vehicles leave there music on all throughout the day and after dark, rattling pictures on the wall.

As far as crime in the area, we do have issues every now and then but our area statistics with the city of Denton show this area to be one of the lower crime areas in Denton. It does seem you've had more than your fair share of incidents since you have been here. Vehicles that keep their doors locked rarely ever have incidents. We are still working towards having a camera system installed, which we hope will deter those who seem to wander through looking for easy prey.
We appreciate you making Coronado North such a wonderful place for all to live and call home.

|Recommended: YesClean, attentive staff, overall quite place to live — Coronado North is quieter than some houses I have rented even The grounds are kept clean and beautiful, I have never had to wait long for maintenance repairs, and the staff is so friendly. I also love that there are not loud college kids everywhere, that is hard to find in Denton. I would highly recommend

|Recommended: YesWe checked out tons of other complexes, but this was the best — The staff is amazing and everyone is so friendly. Maintenance workers always wave and say hello to us. It's very clean and quiet and you feel safe walking around at night. We've never had any issues with neighbors or people in the area. Neighbors are kind and courteous

|Recommended: YesIt's Home — This complex is quiet and cozy. Plenty of parking. A great gym with basic equipment. The pool is nice with long open hours As for my apartment, I really like my hard wood floors and my walk in laundry room The fixtures are older in my unit but it's not too noticeable with my homey decorating. I can occasionally hear my neighbor walking around upstairs, not a big deal to me. Sometimes the pipes in the bathrooms are really loud when showering bathing. And if someone else in your area of the building is showering get ready for a hot and cold shower. Again, no big deal since I've figure out the right time to shower in the morning. I really enjoy interacting with my friendly neighbors and oh, my, goodness, the staff here is wonderful I love being a resident with a name and not just a unit number. Also, maintenance is quick to respond to work orders
I love my little place here at Coronado North. It's Home.
