|Recommended: YesAwesome Place to Live — Coronado North is clean, quiet and comfortable. I have lived here one year and have absolutely no complaints. They respond to maintenance work requests extremely timely, they spray for pests like clockwork. I have never had any rodent problems and have only had to call maintenance once. The ladies in the front office are so friendly and accommodating not long ago, I had a package delivered UPS didn't drop it off at the front office for whatever reason , I was not returning home until the next day, they retrieved my package for me and held onto it until I returned Neighbors are friendly, many are long term, the grounds are immaculate. It's an awesome place to live.

|Recommended: YesA peaceful place to live — It is quiet and it stays surprisingly calm during all hours. I don’t see too many people out, so you don’t have to worry about noise level or security issues with this community. It is, overall, one of the best communities to live in Denton and that’s due to the peaceful nature of the area.

|Recommended: YesFreaking Amazing — Debbie is super fantastic she makes my day everytime I walk into the office. JJ is a wonderful and understanding manager as well. They made our senior year in college a breeze because they understand and also gives great advice and when it comes to the apartment James he's fast and right on it. This staff is the best and you would love it here. Its so quiet and peaceful.

|Recommended: YesBuilt in 1984 They spend only if they are forced. — Convenient to everything TWU UNT ect Food Fast Food. Paying the rent has turned into a nearly impossible nightmare. You Are Charged 35.00 plus to pay your Rent online. Colorado North is Better than most places in Denton But needs a lot of work. You are treated like a Student even if you are not a student.
