JJ and Stacy have taken the time to patiently answer my questions and walk me through my first month at Coronado, even giving me a personalized letter for the wait on getting around to my move in inventory. The apartment complex itself is so clean and presentable. My unit was almost immaculate upon move in, and I have loved the space insofar. I would recommend Coronado to any of my friends.

|Recommended: YesThis is a really nice property — The property is well-maintained and the office and maintenance staff are amazing. The office staff is very interactive with the tenants and always try to keep everyone in the loop with anything taking place at the complex ex. Emergency maintenance, water shut off, etc. .

|Recommended: YesQuiet and nice — Good neighborhood very quiet and plenty of parking spaces and only drawback is no patio or balcony but other than that its a 5 star stay at this apartment.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful complex ran by lovely staff — The staff are very patient and understanding with the leasing process, maintenance staff is very cordial and fast, and the apartment itself is very well kept and nice I can only hope to get all my friends to move here, haha.

|Recommended: YesNeat, well kept, and friendly — Close enough to the square and TWU for students, far enough removed that it is still quiet at night. The grounds are clean and the parking is reasonable. Family doesn't have to park a block away to visit My unit is well kept and management is super friendly willing to help.

|Recommended: YesApartment review — Although this is an older apartment building, the maintenance staff is ready to fix any issues with the apartment. Never had any issues while living here. Debbie at the front office and the maintenance staff are wonderful. We will miss the Coronado North community and the City of Denton .
