For 24 hour emergency repairs call (940) 387-7583 during and after office hours.

Emergency Service Requests Include:

• No Electricity
• No plumbing or water throughout the apartment
• Water flooding the apartment or common areas
• No heat with temperatures below 55 degrees F.
• No air conditioning with temperature over 80 degrees F.
• Smoke alarms sounding
• Broken windows, locks and other situations where the apartment may be compromised

For fire, police or a medical emergency call 911.

All other requests for service may be submitted using the Online Service Request Form. Or you may fill out a service request form available in the Coronado North office.
