My name is Bob Berry and I have lived happily at Coronado North for nearly 17 years. Some of the things that make me happy are the friendly office and maintenance staff. Whenever there is a problem, they fixed it promptly. The grounds are kept up beautifully and it makes me proud to say I live here. They go the extra mile… they have sent me personal cards in the mail when I have had life changing events happen.  Each one of the staff members signed the cards with a personal note to me.  If possible, I’d like to live here another 17 years!

My wife and I moved into Coronado North January 2009.  We chose Coronado North because of the friendliness of the staff and on the recommendation of a co-worker.  After moving in, the staff did nothing to disappoint.  Our apartment and surrounding grounds were well maintained during our time there.  Our neighbors were quiet and friendly leaving us with no concern for our safety or peace of mind.  Any maintenance concern was handled promptly and all inquiries made to Debbie or JJ in the office were answered completely and honestly.  We originally signed a 1 year lease but needed to leave the apartment early.  Debbie and JJ assisted us in finding a resident for our apartment so we could leave with as little financial burden as possible.  If not for finding the right house to make our first home at the right time, we would have stayed at Coronado North for the entire year and we were considering signing a new lease when circumstances combined for the perfect opportunity for our new home.  My wife and I will continue to recommend Coronado North to any friend or acquaintance in need of an apartment.
